”Microarchitecture detail presentation”
After working individually with ideas for an instant city shelter, we were pared in groups, where we had to develope shelters togheter. My team was with Agata and Lidia, and we came up with a very different shelter together.
After a lot of discussing and sketching we landed on a design.
We had this idea, to use the water as an insulation factor. It would heat during the day, and then keep us warm at night. We experimented a lot to figure out how to implement water into a wall.
It was soon clear to us, that out idea didn't work in practice, so we re-designed the plastic sides in order to implement the water. we used balloons inside the plastic to hold to water into place.
